Brokerage Event and Additional Call Presentation

Advancing the supply systems in the blue bioeconomy value chains

The BlueBio ERA-NET Additional Call Presentation and Brokerage Event is a two-part event where the BlueBio Cofund will present the first additional call on 18 June and facilitate 1:1 match-making meetings between possible partners on 25 June. Registration for the brokerage event on b2match opens Wednesday 10 June. The presentation on 18 June will be hosted on Zoom and the 1:1 meetings on 25 June will be on b2match.

The call is targeted on supply systems in the blue bioeconomy: logistics and transportation – from harvest to processing.

The scope of the call is to fund projects that facilitate the transfer (i.e. logistics, preservation and transportation) of bio-resources from harvest (catch or production) to processing to ensure e.g. traceability, quality, sustainability and the necessary quantity or pre-processing of the bio-resources for conversion into products for the market. This entails also the supply systems to primary producers for aspects affecting the bio-resources as it moves further in the value chain.

Aquaculture Europe 2019

The Aquaculture Europe events are all about communication with the sector. AE2019 will feature a special international trade exhibition, where German and international companies will present their latest products and services. Both Standard and Corner booths will be available and each booth is 6m2 (2x3m) and features walls, carpet, two chairs and one table, spotlights, one power outlet, fascia identification sign and two free passes for the conference. Since 2014, EAS has teamed up with the European Aquaculture Technology and Innovation Platform (EATiP) to organise a special one-day event of panel discussions focussing on relevant and timely issues for the sector. The EAS thematic groups will also organise special sessions and/or workshops within AE2019. The AE event is a focal point for meetings of European associations, satellite workshops of EU projects and other events. We can provide options for your meeting. Other industry panels will take place around the trade exhibition, and technical tours will be organised.
